Love the fact they are refillable and less wasteful.
Love these highlighters, the color is bright, less plastic wasted, and retractable.
This highlighter is amazing. I could not find it for a few months and performed like new when I found it.
I love this orange highlighter!!!! A happy color, easy to see when it is used as a highlighter, ink flows easily from the barrel, it highlights evenly & it lasts a long time. It doesn't dry out. Like I said, I love it! I even give it as a gift to people I know who can use this highlighter ongoingly.... AND they're happy too!!!!!
These 'Handy-line' highlighters are indeed handy with their retractable tip making them easier to use than the traditional highlighters that require you remove a cap and replace it to prevent the marker drying out. Over time the retraction mechanism seems to get wear out and I dropped one which broke the clip that locked the tip in place so you had to hold the push button down in order to use it which was awkward. Overall though these highlighters are an improvement over the usual pens.
I love these highlighters. It's like using a pen. Plus they are refillable.
Really nice retractable highlighter, have been using them for about 5 years now. The colors are clean, they don't let out so much ink as to be seen on the other side of the paper, even thin paper, and not having to fiddle with a cap is awesome. The mechanism on the outside however does break pretty easy, I had to replace 4 of them in the last 5 years of using them, because the mechanism broke.
I first found these when visiting Kyoto and after some use immediately went about finding where in America they could be purchased (along with their refills). My only issue preventing a 5-star review is after much use the clip on the outside is a brittle plastic that sometimes breaks, preventing the lock from engaging. I gladly just buy more in those cases, they're just that handy for doing lots and lots of sporadic highlighting—never having to deal with a cap (or spills from liquid reservoirs found in others). They're shorter than most pens giving you quick access to the click button because they know their place: not to be used as a continuous writing implement but to be used on-and-off frequently. I never write reviews for things but these are seriously some of my favorite possessions.
