I hoped this would be good for volume jobs but it sticks when you put more than 4 pages in. You spend too much time trying to line it up for it to be time effective in an office.
This stapler was purchased to replace an older model Swingline #42130 which I could not find to order. This model stated that it could staple 25 sheets, but it is not functioning for even 2 sheets. We are returning this immediately. We are very disappointed.
Like Jerry from CA, i have bought this product 3 times & have now tossed all thre in the trach. Why three you ask, i loved the staple refill, seemed to provide easy replacement. but somehow after minimal use (20% of roll) it craps out. Now to dumpster!!
I have three of these staplers and they're not even six months old and all three will not work.. they are not jammed... they have been cleared... I've bought new cartridges... nothing seems to work with these staplers... do not waste your time or money with these and naturally no one will take the staplers back...Now what do you do with the staplers and all the cartridges that you bought and tried. Will never buy any other products again. Customer service tells you to jam them in there and they'll work....Believe Me...Nothing Works
From the get-go, this stapler didn't staple. It's not worth my money and these staplers aren't returnable. Expensive piece of junk.
