best over the counter sleep aid I've if your like me a prescription can be to strong and to many side effects plus you got to do follow ups and all that then Equate Maximum Strength Diphenhydramine HCl Sleep-Aid Softgels, 50 mg, 100 Count is for you like it s for me they are not to strong that you are like in a coma but help you rest enough you are not yawning or tired the next day, basically they work.
I prefer getting 3x the amount of sleep softgels for the same price as Unisom. In fact, I think Equate's maximum-strength diphenhydramine softgels put me to sleep quicker than Unisom's (I know they're the same active ingredients, but I've been testing this out for years).
I like the fact it was way cheaper but had the same results.
I ve been using this sleep soft. Gels for the last 10 years since SAM S Club days in Woodridge . I used to take it because of its efficacy and effectiveness compared to any other brand The price is reasonable and affordable

I feel less Anxious, a little drugged, but I can’t fall asleep unless I have two of them- and even then it’s not for a full nights sleep.
i didn't receive all my items. You have bottled water, 2 breads, 2 packages of onions, a sweet jar of pickle coffee creamer, a gallon of 2% milk I always put substitute I need what i am missing my sons take bottles of water to work. This is happening more and more.
I have used them 3 times already and they do not put me to sleep like the purple ones Walmart sells from equate. Wish I can return them and get my money back, but, I've opened them up and took a few pills already. What a waste of money!!
