Just received this ruler and it's HUGE compared to other ones. The edges are very precise. It's made of plastic. The flower print is beautiful. You can see the inches and centimeters clearly. The ruler has a whole on one end big enough to hang it on the wall. My daughter loves the ruler and can't wait to use it for school. The large size will make it easier to handle and use. I received this product as a spark reviewer for my honest review.
What can I say? This is a nice little ruler. It has a fun design with some very nice colors. My kids like it. It is sturdy and durable and easy to use. It suits it's purpose and looks stylish while doing so. It has both inches and centimetres on it for all your measuring needs. perfect for back to school.
The Fiskars Designer Acrylic Fashion Ruler, 12 is beautiful, colorful and eye catching. I love the color it came in(purple) and the design inscribed on it..The material/ quality is very good as well. I love the fact that it has INCH and CM labeled on it to assist the child know what side to use. It actually came at the right time,because, it has helped my 8yr old with doing his measurement homework. He know what side to use without needing too much help. I love it and will recommend it
This ruler is real cute. It has in and CM one each side and has a great flower design that stands out. I think it is made for more the teenage years because it does feel as if it can break in half if played with by young children. But I do like this ruler and mainly because the blue flowers stand out so much.
This ruler is so cute, the flower pattern on it is perfect. It's going to my daughter for her school work and she is in love with it! It's plastic, has minimal bend to it (obviously), and is light weight. She will be keeping it at her art station because I feel like it might bend and get broken if it's left in her backpack.
This is a unique ruler, it has a very cute print! The colors are bright , the numbers are easy to read. This ruler is lightweight, flexible and durable. I use it to measure as well as to draw lines on my canvases to line up sight lines and to create perfectly equal shapes. Another quality item like you would expect from Fiskars!
This is a sturdy, attractive plastic ruler. It has some give but holds a straight line effectively. The markings are exact. As you can see from my photo it's actually slightly longer than 12 inches end to end. This is a nice addition to backpack supplies.
We end up using rulers a lot around our house. For geometry homework. As a straight-edge for art. For measuring fondant designs for decorating cakes. Or just for measuring unspecified random things. This ruler handles all of those jobs great. It is thin as can be and the black backing and ultra-clear plastic left it remarkably easy to read. The ruler has measurements which start a little way in from the rounded corners and the design on the ruler itself looks fun. It's top-notch, high quality, easy to use, and with the cool design, I can find it in my desk drawer without any problem.
This ruler is cute with an added bright color to make it stand out. The kids will love that it's stylish and not just a plain ruler. It's hard so it won't lose its shape like the rubber or flex rules. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I requested pink, but I received green.
I have been using this ruler to work on some crafts. This works very well in getting straight lines as a ruler should. I will also be using with my 5 yr old for long and short measurements since it has inches and centimeters. So far it has held up pretty well, its acrylic so it can definitely break. Not very stiff, it has some amount of flexibility to it and is thin. So far the painting at the back can be scratched off and over time will for sure rub off especially if it will be carried in a backpack with other things rubbing against it to cause friction. Other than that it gets the job done measuring and drawing straight lines as it was intended.
