Comfortable, adjustable, solid construction, folds easily, stores easily. No complaints. Could have spent more money on something else but I think this works quite well and was inexpensive. I use a plug in blanket to put over it to provide massage recipient heat. Works well.
GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE, I USE IT FOR DOING TATTOO'S AND FIND IT TO BE STRONG AND VERY STURDY ! I WILL SURELY BUY MORE WHEN I EXPAND MY SHOP !!
this product is great. you can adjust it in a second, it is sturdy, comfortable and very easy to clean. I only find a couple of issues. the variety of overall body positions is limited. the armrest has no height adjustment, so if you are not a long arm person, you might feel it an itsy bitsy uncomfortable. and if you are going to massage legs, it is really hard to get to them in a comfortable position, because the overall height is very low. for back, arm, neck and shoulder shiatsu, it is the best chair I have seen. hopefully this issues will be taken care of in the future and this will be the perfect chair.
