Many years ago I found a Keyboard Wrist Cushion by IMAK Ergo Stress and I found myself squeezing it more than resting my wrists on it. Recently I dug it out and rather than cut it into small balls, I came looking for them online. This is perfect as I can leave one in my purse for the occasional stressful situations. They're also easier for a smaller hand to squeeze for arthritis and strength training. This package of 4 works out cheaper and much easier than trying to make them myself and I can share them with my DH.
