I am not the type that loves to take pills but whenever I travel to a new place, I always experience some sort of fluid and poop retention due to change of environment, diet and lack of my exercise routine. With that being said, I went to the local Walmart and found this and without any prior knowledge on it, I decided to give it a try. Well what can I say other than I was BLOWN AWAY!! I took my first pill (just one cos I was scared at first) in the morning and then another one at night time. This baby did justice to my stomach by morning!!!! I went to the bathroom up to 3 times before daybreak (which I loved because I had to go out the next day). I pooped out a almost 2 weeks worth of bowel obstructed nonsense and by morning I was energized again, not sluggish and the best part?! I love almost 5 pounds!!!!! That means I was walking around with almost 5 pounds of fecal matter for a 2 whole weeks!! Another thing I loved, is that it will give you a warning sign so you can get to the bathroom in time, so even if I am not home, I don't have any accidents. Right now, I have increased my dosage to Two pills at a time but ONLY WHEN I NEED IT! Oh did I mention that it was an EASY to SWALLOW PILL too? Yes it is!! And that's why I love to keep it HANDY!! 🥰
I starting taking this because I felt bloating and constipated at the same time and I was like I want to try these. All I have to stay is they work and it is so important to be at home because they do work
Acai Berry Cleanse works as directed. The directions state to take two pills in the morning and two at bedtime. That works, if you are trying to lose weight in 14 days. If you choose to take the pills as directed, you would have to stay at home. One of the ingredients in the cleanse is a leaf extract that has laxative effects. The box also states, it is not for long term use and to take a 30 day break from the pills. If you you continue to take the cleanse over a long period of time, the colon may not work as it should on its own. The pills are quite big, so you may need to chew them. Drink at least 8 oz of water, to avoid any cramping. You can take two pills daily and will still have loose stools. It takes a good day for the pills to work as directed and they will continue to work a few days after you have stopped. I advice to take them when you are at home and not have any errand or activities taken place. Test the pills at home. If you work a full time job, just be careful, because they do work.
Works perfect for me! I retain si much water so these pills works for me as a diuretic and colon cleaner. This is my second time using them, I use 1 bottle and 3 months later started the new one. It works as a detox for me and my tummy automatically deflates after the first 3 days of starting to take them. A lot of fluids have to be taken and of course maintaining a diet that helps in the cleaning process.
NEVER RECEIVED! THE DWLIVERY DRIVER APPARENTLY FORGOT THOS SOMEWHERE IN THEIR CAR. WE GET MIXED ORDERS FOR OTHER PEOPLE ALL THE TIME WOULD BE GREAT IF PEOPLE WOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER SO WE RECEIVED THE WHOLE ORDER.
I "enjoyed" using this product. I guess just about as much as you can enjoy a cleanse. I didn't find it to be too harsh to my system or to interrupt my regular routine too much. I exercise and eat pretty well. I found it was a good way to lose excess water weight and jumpstart a healthy weight loss program. Take it as instructed with a full glass of water and you shouldn't have any trouble. If so, just reduce the dose.
This product contains many herbs that help to clear your digestive tract and relieve the bloating in your belly.I followed the directions and feel better and see the results.Do not take more than the bottle says.I recommend this product.It does what it states on the box.
I have been taking this for almost a week and despite the fact it can make you a lil gasey it does the job. It doesnt make you run to the bathroom but I have noticed going more than normal. My pants do feel a lil more loose and that bloated feeling is going away. I wouldnt recomend it for anything other than to jump start your diet or to get rid of excess waste.
I was 234 and when I used this product I started out with sit ups and then ate small portions this is a good product to use I lost 8 pounds within 6 days so I would recommend this it makes you run to the restroom but it does works my goal is to loose 50 pounds well off to walmart I go to buy anotha box
I have ibs with constipation, I thought this would help when nothing else does. It could have possibly worked, however… it started causing uncomfortable bloating. So I discontinued using it. For someone without gastric issues it may work.
