The grape flavor is not overwhelming and tastes great. Thick enough to coat your raw, sore throat. It helps relieve my cough and lets me get some sleep, even in the day. Even my teens love it. We won't buy anything else. Thank you Delsym for taking care of us this cold season!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have tried Delsym Adult 12 Hour Relief Liquid Cough Medicine. The bottle is easy to open and close. The liquid was a nice consistency and easy to pour and measure into the attached dosing cup. I like the way the grape flavor tastes, it is not too weak or strong. It does not leave any after taste behind. I have had a very bad cough and no other medicine was helping me to get relief. I was able to take Delsym and get the relief I needed for a good nights sleep. Overall I really enjoyed taking Delsym. If you are looking for a cough medicine to help you day or night I recommend Delsym Adult 12 hour Cough Relief.

I took a dosage of Delsym and within 2 hours, no more cough. It tastes pleasant, not strong or medicinal. It has easy to use instructions and comes with a measuring cup.

I have used tons of different cough medicines; But they never seem to work for a cough! It really seems to last forever, and I like the fact that you do not have to take as much as other cough medicines. I actually enjoy the orange flavor, too! This cough syrup does not make me drowsy or leave me feeling foggy after taking it. I also use it at night, so I can get a good night's sleep. I am so happy to have found this product! I really like that Delsym is a cough medicine that can suppress coughs most of the day with its time-release formula (around 12 hours) without having to take multiple doses during the day. It comes with a dosing cup so I know exactly how much I need to take. If I have to take cough medicine, I'm glad that it tastes good as this Delsym does with the grape flavor. Both my wife and I do. This bottle comes with a measuring cup cap do you don't have to go grab a spoon to drink it, which is nice. I also like that it's sugar free.
