It took about 2 doses to help with my chest congestion from summer allegries/cold. I felt so much relief and it really cleared/dried me out. No drowsiness or dizziness at all. Perfect extended relief tablets for chest congestion. I appreciate the 12 hour relief. I suffer from bronchitis and this really relieves my ailments. It's not fun feeling miserable from colds and chest congestion, so it's nice to see a product that actually works for me.
Nothing breaks up my cold and flu ick better. When I want to breathe again, this does the trick.
