I had a cold, and a lingering cough for the past couple weeks, this has been really helpful. It doesn't taste bad and is easy to dose every four hours. It also doesn't make me drowsy at all. The product works good it's cleared up nasal congestion and helped wonderfully with the cough and was able to loosen a lot of the mucus congestion as well the only thing I was not pleased with was the taste. I think they could've done something better with that. Even though it taste horrible it definitely gets the job done though.
