I have just started getting horrible period cramps on day 1 and 2. I've tried other pain relievers and they may help a little. Used this for the first time a month ago and I forgot I was even on my period. The pain went away and lasted all day. Favorite to take now hands down.

He takes 2 tablets when he's feeling achy, mostly before he goes to bed and he says he sleeps like a baby. last 12 hours, They come in small round tablets which makes them easier to swallow. I highly recommend aleve if you have real pain and do not want to take harmful prescription pain pills.

Easy to swallow blue tablet. I would recommend this to someone who has a headaches. I received this product free for review.
Very effective when I have really bad headache or a body ache. Easy to open container. The only problem I have is that sometimes it upsets my stomach.
These Aleve tablets helped me a lot, these have to be the best pain reducer/fever reducer I have ever bought. I only use one tablet a day whenever I have pain and it works throughout the whole day!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that “Aleve All day strong 220mg” works great. I use it for a variety of reasons… headaches, muscle aches, great for swelling, stiffness. I always make sure to drink plenty of water. The only thing I didn't like is I didn't feel the effects last as long as I felt they should. And you are only supposed to take 3 in 24 hours. But they do last quite a while so overall I'm happy with the outcome.
