I like the dosage cup. It helped with my cough so that I could function. It helped me be able to sleep at night. The taste wasn't horrible.
If you have fevers and bodyaches, this will help. Make sure to follow the instructions on the label, because has acetaminophem, which can damage your liver if overdosed.
I started feeling better within a couple of hours it works really good
Whole family is sick and I don't have time to drive to the store. Added this to my weekly grocery order. Just as good as DayQuil and works quick. Thank you Walmart

This medicine worked great to help control my cold symptoms during the day. It didn't cause me to be sleepy or groggy like some other cold medicines.
this dayquil like product works great. it helped me not cough and helped dry up my post nasal drip. it doesnt taste too bad and does not make me sleepy. ***** 5 stars!!!

This has gotten my to feeling better so many times from the flu. The taste sure is not the best but it works, it is alcohol free which is one of the main reasons I purchased this for the first time 20 years ago and have used it ever since, love this item and it is reasonably priced.
After waking up with slight congestion and flu symptoms, took some daytime relief and was able to make it through the day feeling incredible.
I rarely get colds, and, when I do, it lasts about 2 1/2 to 3 days. For that reason, it's not necessary for me to keep cold/flu medicine on hand This week, I am experiencing the worst cold I've had in at least ten years, and, that's not an exaggeration. Body aches from head to toe, coughing, sneezing, dizziness. I ordered this Equate medicine based on the reviews and literally, within 60 seconds of taking the first dose, I felt significantly better. I take a dose every 6 hours (3 per day), and I am now (4th day in) feeling at least 75% better with improvement each day. I will never be without cold medicine again and Equate Daytime Cold and Flu Relief is the only one I will buy.
