These make your mouth dry. Zinc is very good for curbing a cough and helping to relieve a cold.
This is a quick way to stop a cold dead on its tracks.
At the first sign of a cold coming on, I take 3 to 4 of these a day. That's it, the cold has never developed, at least so far. Love this product.
Great to deter a bad cold or flu. I always keep some on hand. You must start using them as soon as you feel the possibility of the cold or flu coming on.
My husband and I take these at the very first sign of a cold (sinus drainage, feeling run down, etc). Zinc prevents virus reproduction and if you catch it early enough, you can avoid a full blown cold... they work!
I swear by zinc lozenges, especially when first coming down w/ a cold. Thanks, Wal-Mart for carrying this excellent product! :)
Neither Air nor Amtrak travels seem to give us colds anymore. And the price is a delight, too.
This was refered to me to take on first sign of cold during this cold winter season. Still saving for use when needed. Much cheaper hen the brand named.
I'm not sure if Zinc actually keeps you from getting a cold or not, maybe it's just luck. My kids have brought home a few colds this year and as soon as they started, I started taking these. The one cold I got, lasted one day and wasn't nearly as bad as other colds that I've had for a few days with lingering affects for weeks. The flavor is pleasant and the cost is so much cheaper than the name brand. If I start to feel a cold coming on, I pop one of these every 3-4 hours. Not sure if they work, but so far so good.
Took a long time to arrive. Ended up ordering some zinc lozenges from life extension arrived quickly and tasted better than the equate brand. So I won't be getting the equate zinc anymore.
