I inly tried once but did not like the taste so never tried it again
I can only say that it's OK. Will not purchase again. I have a feeding tube so I do not have to swallow it, but it smells so horrible it almost makes me not want to use it. Trying to use it up. Can't tell you it has helped my cough either. Price way too much for the benefits.
It tastes like garlic juice with sugar ! Yuck!
