I buy this for my elderly dad who was in a auto wreck this past jan. This enable him to gain his strength back and didn't throw his diabetic blood sugars to high.
Good flavor. I keep these on hand for when my 89 year old, diabetic Mother doesn't want to eat. She will always drink one of these and I have peace of mind she has had something nutritional. They also work great for my diabetic husband who works 2 jobs and this is a quick easy meal for him when he gets home at midnight and shouldn't be eating before bed. He is up at 6:30 AM and can just take one with him for a quick easy breakfast..
Tastes just as good as the major brands and much less sugar! I only like the vanilla flavor but that is just me. I really wish Walmart.com would offer these cases available for delivery again...sometimes its difficult to get into the store.
The taste is so very good! Knowing that it helps to control my blood sugar levels makes it even better. And, it costs less than any of the other similar brands. This stuff is GOOD!
I buy these for my 92 year-old Mom. She loves her "shakes" and has them twice a day. I noticed that I could not get them last week so I hope they will be back in stock next week as they save her money as well due to their great price.
My mom does not eat right anymore but she will drink one of these every morning. It should not replace food but at least she is getting something good.
My has diabetes and gerd and has trouble eating some solid foods, this is a life saver! Great product for a great price.
The vanilla taste delicious. It's not nasty like some reviewers are saying smh. I guess if vanilla flavors isn't your thing then of course it'll be nasty to you.1st time drinking and it felt smooth
This nutrition shake is really good! I make smoothies with it and add fruit sometimes. It's great when you don't have time for a sit down breakfast. It keeps my blood sugar balanced pretty well if I drink it w/o fruit. It's a little tricky to open as I have RA and not a lot of strength in fingers to open it. Otherwise I would highly recommend it.
