What a great purchase! Plenty of space for my needs and seems very solid. I love that I never need to worry about a battery to replace! ah ah! The delivery was amazing without any issue and packaging was absolutely perfect! This is truly a great business class safe. I just wish the interior was carpeted like the cheaper ones, but eh, you can't get all you want all the time! eh! Something to keep in mind however, this safe is HEAVY!!! So you will need a dolly and a couple of big boys to bring it in and put it where you want it. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this safe.
Safe is awesome but had been dropped. Still waiting to hear from Sam's. There was a dent in side probably by a forklift and edge on top is rounded where it was dropped. It opens with a key and combination. Very secure.
I bought this safe to keep personal papers and other items in. It is the perfect size and I like that it does not have an led lock. It is very heavy and I think it will keep everything within it safe. There was a small dent on the rear right corner that was not noticeable until unpacked. It does not alter the operation of the safe and I decided to keep it.
Other than a small paint chip and a little bump on the side, we are pleased with the safe. Since it weighs so much, we won't see it walk out the door.

My safe was delivered on time and in a box. I was able to remove the packing, only to find a dent. I am hoping it will not effect the operation of the safe.
This safe is very solid, quite heavy (354 lbs), and the interior capacity is ample. Also like the lockable interior pull out drawer, as well as the adjustable shelves. I was looking for a manual combination lock vs. a digital, and this one really does the trick. Overall, I really like this safe and I am very happy with it. On the negative side, I wish the manufacturer would have designed it so the new safe owner could reset the "factory provided combination" to their own, without having to contact a locksmith. I would have liked to set my own code, but this was not mentioned in the description of the safe when I purchased it. Delivery is only to the street, so I recommend renting a furniture dolly (with strap), and asking a few friends to help if you have stairs to deal with. Also, the safe was delivered with a small pallet strapped to the bottom, which was a bit of a pain to remove due to the weight of this safe. Having a few friends to help is recommended. Unless you remove all of the packaging once unloaded off the delivery truck, you won't be able to tell if your item has any damages. Unfortunately, mine had a dented back right corner that wasn't discovered until after we brought the safe inside to it's location. By then, the delivery drivers were long gone, and I wasn't interested in going through the process of trying to return a 354 lb safe. In spite of a few negatives, I am very happy with the quality, features, size and weight of this safe, and really glad I made the purchase.
This safe was delivered to us this week with dents all over. The safe is nice inside but delivery is very bad!
The safe is ad advertised, big and sturdy, and quality made. However, after reading numerous review, I was expecting some small dents, but NOTHING like the dents that showed up. One corner is literally caved in, and it didn't help that the delivery driver's lift was not working. I'd send it back due to the awful product condition that it arrived in, but I am alone most of the time, and older, so it would be near impossible for me to do this again.
