I'm happy wit my safe I'm glad I got it when i did
looks like a well insulated safe. is heavy but hopefully thats part of the protection against water fire and theft
I like the water and fire resistance specs. It is light enough to lift and carry in an emergency. I wish it had a handle!!!
Like the product, but should have a handle for ease of carrying it.
The safe is very nice and solid, this is my second safe from this company and the quality is very nice.
Our first safe survived our house fire which prompted us to buy our second one. However, the locking mechanism completely came out of our second safe and now is obviously unable to lock.
After 2 weeks of use while removing the key in the in the unlock position, the key lock halfway turned and is now stuck in between the lock and unlock position. I emailed the company and their only suggestion was to take it back to the store where it was purchased.
I just put a few important documents in my safe and the lock got stuck and I cannot lock it up.
As you can see the slots on the key are misaligned, the marring is from me try to reinsert the key Of course the key will not insert so the safe can not be locked
can't open lock! frustrated. I phoned help line and was told to put weight on it for a few hours. Has been over a day and still can't use lock. Unfortunately bought it a few months ago and never got around to using it until now and can't find my receipt. Won't buy another one!
