The 4mg. is what I needed to help me quit my habit and the flavor (mint) tastes pretty good.

Packing and packaging are great not only the thickness of the box but placement of air filled packing made everything tight. It always amazes me the glass tape is placed right where I can cut it off without making a mess.

Don't understand why Walmart stopped carrying this in store.
I have been able to quit cold turkey in the past, but not this time. So far, if I feel a craving, I pop a gum and I am fine. Of course it doesn't help with the stress issues of smoking, but I figure if I can stop the craving I will find other ways to deal with stress.
I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. I wish there had been more steps 4mg, 3mg, 2mg, 1mg? I don't know what would have worked but I know I am not the only person who has struggled.
Item was in reused box that was blacked out on all sides with sharpie marker, packed with a black grocery bag and a receipt for The incorrect amount. The product is also expired. Totally bizarre that Walmart allows this seller.
