A US government program sent me the first step patches but I got tired of them calling me all the time and quit the program. I still wanted to stop smoking though, so I ordered the Equates for steps 2 and 3 and they are the same thing but of course cheaper. So I finished up with them., and lo and behold, I've been stopped for 3 months now. I can't say it's been easy, and I still get urges, but they gradually become less and less severe. At this point, a couple deep breaths (with my increasingly more healthy lungs) satisfies the urge. Good luck!
Works just as well as the nicoderm CQ. Good quality and stays on for the 24 hour period it's suppose to.
I was trying to use these to help me stop smoking. They tell you on the package to stop smoking before use. If it was that easy, I wouldnt need the patches. I started with the 21 mg while smoking. That made me sick. Then I tried the 7 mg while smoking. That did not work. Next I will try the 14 mg while smoking and see if that provides just enough so I will not need to keep smoking while using the patches.
I was a smoker for 25 years and I did the steps of the patches and I was able to finally quit smoking. They worked for me. You have to want to quit or they wont work. It's up to you and if your willing to quit your addiction or not. Make the first step though when your ready these do work.
Works better than I thought for much less than Nicoderm. I've been smoking for over 30 years, and I haven't had a cigarette since December 30. That's not much time, but I am determined to stop. I'm already on step 2. It's not as hard as I thought it would be.
I ordered these for my sister who almost died from smoking. She started on on the first step and is now on the third . I am happy to say that with these patches and her doctors help she has not smoke in ten weeks. She has been smoking for 45 years so this is huge. I would highly recommend this product. Shipping was quick and in great condition.
i been on this brand since nov,3,2016.i have,nt touched a cigarette since then.i will be taking this step next week quitting is the best decision i ever made but,you gotta want it in order for it to work.yea, the patch does slip off but,i put an ace bandage around it and,no problems.see,if you want it to work,you do things like that to make it work for you.good product.thank you walmart for saving my life
I guess this is a best seller... and I can see why! It's the ONLY thing that I've found that really helps me with cravings! I've found the gum etc to not work as well for me. But quitting smoking has cost me MORE than smoking or vaping ever did at a whopping $40 every 2 weeks! So, when I found this Equate brand for near HALF the usual price, I had to try it! I had to wait a couple days due to it's popularity and availability of it, but, it was definitely worth the wait! It works just as well as the Nicoderm $40 brand!
Worked very well for my cravings for nicotine while quitting smoking! Lowers nicotine level in stages which is also great.
The patch works well. My one problem is the patch step 1 is about 2 inches by 2 inches. The 2nd step is smaller and the 3rd step is smaller than the 2nd step. The price for the steps are all the same. I like the help, but I feel they are ripping you off.
