This gum has helped me quit and keeps me off the cancer sticks. This product is awesome!!
Starting chewing the gum and it instantly took away the urge to smoke. The key is to start with the 4 mg then wean your way down to the 2mg.
This product is amazing before I got it I was doubting that it was going to work. But to my amusement it worked great it cut my craving for a cigarette completely out .l was already not smoking while at work but as soon as I get home I was craving a cigarette until I started using this product.
Tastes good had one with a friend..................

Follow the paperwork included with gum. Precisely! After the first 36 hours the urge to reach for a cigarette is less. Don't give in with urge of buying cigarettes & using alternately with gum. (Been there, done that & major cost, to not offend people with smoke. Easier & less expensive to use gum & follow with program. By week 3, you will have to remind yourself to reach & use gum. Seriously! Good luck. Flavored gum: I used the fruit. Much better to adjust with, than the regular flavor. Must use the format on paperwork or you will try to use it like regular gum. You will find you will be cutting back on the beverage you generally drank when smoking. Be prepared to want and need an alternative liquid. Mine was flavored lemon water craved vs the coffee - loaded with cream and sugar. Feeling a bit tired on the 3rd day, woke during middle of night, dreaming of reaching for cigarette -time to do laundry. After 20 minutes and focusing on other things, the urge was gone. Gum was less expensive than the patches or the electronic cigarettes. Have tried to quite repeatedly for the past 20+ years. Think determination to dump the smoke smell might help me win this time out. If not; will just keep trying. The grandkids hate the smoke smell on my clothes, hair etc. I have to admit, it embarrases me to be around anyone with that smell. Warning key urge times to want to return to cigs: 5th day, one month, 1 year, 5th year. You always think you can have just 1 cigarette & let it go at that. Wrong. You will be back at a pack by the end of first go. It is the habit of holding the cigarette that nails you. Find something to do with your two hands, that keeps you from going back to holding the old cigarette.
I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. I wish there had been more steps 4mg, 3mg, 2mg, 1mg? I don't know what would have worked but I know I am not the only person who has struggled.
was sent a box expired by 3 months! they sent a free replacement box that was also expired by 3 months!! the warehouse staff need to be checking expiration dates!
