Let me just start by saying I am not a smoker and my partner is so I allowed him to try these lozenges and let me know how they worked or didn't work. My partner said when he took this lozenge in the morning it helped him not crave a cigarette upon waking up. He is a pack a day smoker and said with consistent use he would be able to give up smoking with these alone and it helped replace the craving but he needed a replacement for the hand and mouth so we bought suckers in combination with the Nicorette he could stop smoking. Love this.

Love that protection from kids getting into it since they do have a strong minty smell! Yummy! The texture is just like any other mint I've had. The only thing I don't like is that nicotine taste in it but I'm sure that can't be helped. I've been smoking socially which lead to a more increased level, but after trying this gum, it gets rid of cravings. The mint flavor is actually good, too and tastes minty because sometimes mint with “medicine” tastes unfortunate and lackluster.
