He finds vaping too convenient and his nicotine intake has increased. Due to the knowledge of some health problems it's important to him to quit. It's day 3 and the gum is to be taken every hour or two. He said every two hours has been enough, and it helps him feel more comfortable than quitting without anything. The gum has a decent minty flavor and has made it easier for him overall. The packages give recommendations of how much you should need to take to reduce your intake over time! So far no downsides, and the product seems like it will last a long time! Recommended for anyone quitting smoking or vaping!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This honestly worked in a pinch when I needed it, and tastes just like regular mint gum with hint of nicotine, and because it's the pocket pack it comes in real handy when you're working or traveling!
Much better than generic brands. Only 2 months quitting smoking but cheaper brands were nearly impossible to get out of little bubble sections, lose taste fast and and sooo hard and rubbery they were miserable to chew on for more than a few minutes. Each piece lasts a long time so you don't use as many. Don't chew new piece too fast to start with or you'll get major hiccups lol. I still crave smoking (sometimes bad lol) but this gum takes a huge edge off of the craving.

I had to have 4-5 pieces a day to feel sorta good about not smoking but they're definitely effective. They taste just like gum with like a hint of something a little different but it doesn't bother me at all. I was able to go without cigarettes for 2 weeks! And even after I didn't necessarily need as many cigarettes as I did before.

It was the flavor maybe, because it was mint. It wasn't a bad flavor but if I smoke menthol, maybe it would've done the trick but I didn't so it just wasn't quite right for me. I do know some people that have had some success with it, and I might try it again at some point and I don't know whether that was the gum‘s fault or my fault it could be either But overall I totally recommend it

But sometimes, it's just not in the right place or at the right time. I'm very self conscious about not wanting to smell like an ashtray in certain settings, especially while at work, and Nicorette white ice mint gum helps me maintain this extremely well! When I get the urge to smoke, I can pop one of these in my mouth instead, and my craving is curbed for the time being! The mint flavor is refreshing, but the nicotine taste sometimes is overpowering and makes my stomach a bit upset. With that being said, this product is a godsend for me most days when I'm at the office.

It does help hold you over but it also makes your throat burn and make you uncomfortable unfortunately in my experience. I wouldn't use these to stop, only if desperate .

First of all let me start with how complicated the directions are (yes the directions for chewing gum) I'm not gonna lie, i was confused at first. Theres a specific way to chew each piece..as of the taste, I expected it to be ungodly fresh but it was more of a bitter mint if that even makes sense? The flavor lasted a decent amount of time but didn't cancel out the overall fact that the product doesn't work.
