Mr. Medical

I had the worst customer service experience in recent memory. I ordered products on Dec. 16 from Walmart online. When I hadn't gotten the products within 2 weeks, I contacted Walmart. They referred me to the vendor, Mr. Medical. I have been e-mailing with Mr. Medical at least once a week. Bottom line - I finally received a refund today, Feb. 10The excuse they gave was they were waiting for a call back from "our Postal Supervisor." Each of their emails stated they have put in a call but "our Postal Supervisor" hadn't returned their call. Yes, it was supposedly THEIR Postal Supervisor not responding to them for over a month that caused the delay in my refund for products I never received. Yesterday I sent Mr. Medical an email stating I knew they were stalling and I would be contacting Walmart. Today, I received the refund. Quite frankly, I believe monetary compensation is in order due to my suffering and mental distress.
