but.. be warned... these lozenges are just as addicting as cigarettes. I have been using these for 4 years now, and am addicted to them . Yes, they are cheaper than cigarettes, and dont anger people like the whole 'second hand smoke' thing, but still costly. As for health risk, I have been told by my dentist that these are the cause of my teeth prematurely rotting on me, sucking on these constantly is not good for teeth, so do not get yourself addicted to them like I did!
I used Nicorette and quit smoking about 2 years ago. It caused horrendous diarreha but I continued with it. When it got so bad I had to quit Nicorette and went back to smoking. I am going to try it again and will begin next week.
Taste is awful it's like eating chalk. Will try something else.
I hate the texture of the mints, you can't drink or eat 15 minutes before taking it which is super Inconvenient. I accidentally did take one after drinking and I got horrible heart burn and hiccups. Not worth it. I think the patch works fine on its own.
Not sure if these work, they taste so bad I cannot finish one!
