I often wonder why water used to work just fine for contacts growing up.....but I still buy the solutions now but go as cheap as I can. And this is the cheapest.
We have been using this solution for years. Never had a problem with contacts always clean and feel refreshed. It is a great deal over name brand.
I use the Walmart 3% Hydrogen Peroxide lens solution to clean my lenses but I use this Multi-Purpose lens solution to rinse them off before putting them in. I bought 4 twin packs that will last a long time if I use them just for rinsing. I also use this as a contact lens rewetting drops. I refill the little small rewetting drop bottle.
This product works just as well as the name brand counterpart and a much lower cost. I wear contacts that I change monthly. I see no difference in the life of my lenses using Equate versus the name brand products.
I purchased Alcon Opti-Free Replenish on the same order. Based on price and quantity per bottle, it costs more than 4 times the price of Equate. Equate, in my judgment, works just as well. Save your money and buy Equate. It is an excellent product. I have already recommended it to friends who are contact wearers. If you are not aware, Equate is manufactured by a division of Bausch and Lomb.
Me and 2 of my children wear contact lenses and have used this contact solution for years. It's way cheaper than the name brand solutions and does the same if not better job.
Excellent quality, great for my sensitive eyes. I first tried the name brand opti free pure moist and it stung my eyes! This generic equate is gentle and effective, no eye infections! The packaging doesn't include a contact lens case though you get more value to buy them separately anyway
I use daily contacts. I want something to clean my contacts from long storage and in case I drop them. Equate Multi-Purpose Solution Twin Pack, 12 fl oz, 2 count is perfect for my needs. There is no need to pay for an expensive contact solution when you have daily contacts.
Got this because it says it has boric acid in it which can be used as an activator to make slime. This did not activate the slime at all so we were a little disappointed.
I gave this a try after years of using optifree. It is not the same. I ise generics all the time but this is not comparable at all. Every rine i would use this instead of optifree my eyes were dry and sand papery. I couldnât to wear them as long as normal. Iâll never buy again
