One of the side effects of the medication I'm on causes constipation. Swiss Kriss is great! I take two tablets before bed and the next morning I'm back to normal. No side effects whatsoever. I gave it 1 leaf for convenience because they are hard to swallow and I don't like the taste. A smooth coating on them would eliminate those problems. But I'll take them anyway, because they work so well.
Completely natural product. Have been using for years. Excellent.
