I used to be a firm believer that aspirin and ibuprofen were both superior to Tylenol. But a migraine proved me wrong. Called the Dr., who explained that sometimes Tylenol actually works better for headaches. He was right. This is now my go to for pain and fever. And it seems to be the recommended "safe choice" during this pandemic. Thank you Walmart for having it in stock and at a reasonable price!
Xstrength Tylenol works excellent for me. Since I have to be careful with over the counter meds because of my kidney,s. I am at stage 3 and I want to stay at stage 3. Also it helps with my pains. Since I have Neuropathy and back pain. Along with my pain meds it is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Tylenol.
This is my go to pain reliever. I don't like to take any pain pills at all and I sure don't like to abuse medicine. When I absolutely feel I need a pain pill Tylenol works great for me. Since I can't swallow pills these are crushable so that's another plus.
I have used this product for over 50 years I cannot take Asprin .
Since I cannot use any painkiller that contain ibuprofen and panadol doesn't seem to work. This pain killer is effective for me.
I keep Tylenol in the house at all times. My husband is on a blood thinner and Tylenol is the only pain medication he can take. Lately it has been hard to find because of recall. It is now available and I found the Walmart is the only place I will buy it. Drugstore.com and CVS want $2 to $3 more for 100 count bottle. Walmart thanks for your great prices. Now more than ever, saving a dollar is huge.

I bought the tylenol individual packets for a child going away to college who may need to just carry tylenol in case of emergency in a backpack and not a whole bottle.
Pretty decent for minor pain and stiffness relief ..... I take a couple of these before I start a project where I am going to be doing physical work/labor (im 53) .... I take a couple more that night when I go to bed .... generally feel pretty good in the morning .... pre medicating before the physical job seems to be the key
I usually buy the Equate brand but someone told me the 'real thing' worked better. Not so, it seems to work the same, but gives me heartburn. The bottle has a cap that you align the arrows and it is supposed to open. I am a senior citizen and cannot get the bottle to open. I even took a nail file and filed it down, and it is still hard for me. When these are gone, I am going back to my much cheaper and easier to open Equate brand Acetaminophen.
