Excessive earwax build-up can lead to ear discomfort and reduced hearing and can affect your day-to-day life. Over-the-counter earwax removal drops are a safe and inexpensive in-home solution. Debrox's gentle, non-irritating microfoam cleansing action goes to work to soften and remove earwax as it cleans the ear. When drops are placed in the ear, oxygen is released. This release allows Debrox to foam on contact as it gently softens and loosens earwax. Once broken down, earwax is able to drain from the ear. Trust Debrox to help keep your ears â and hearing â clear. Also available in a convenient kit featuring a soft rubber bulb syringe to rinse your ear after using Debrox Earwax Removal Aid Drops.

This stuff really works for me, so it's a great solution. Apparently, I have sensitive ears, and when I wear headphones for music or TV for any length of time, one of my ears will generate enough ear wax on my eardrum to be a problem. Works best when it's FRESH, and I must use 5-8 full drops to get in there and dissolve the wax, and free up my eardrums. Thank you Walmart for carrying this, and please don't raise the price.
My husband likes this product for loosening
would recommend this product
Great product! My daughter could not hear out of one of her ears, she used these drops for a couple and it cleaned out a wax build up blockage. Would recommend this product to anyone.
I had swimmers ear and just could not stand it. I used this product every day for 3 days and my swimmers ear was gone. This is a great product for that issue. It helped clean my earwax while drying out my ear.
the doctor couldnt get the wax build up out of my ear. told me to use debrox 3x per day for 4 days then come back to have ear flushed. it worked
This was so easy to use and it works. I really can't explain to you or post gruesome pictures of the wax that came out. You must try for yourself. Do yourself a favor and clean your ears with Debrox Ear wax remover! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Have used various peroxide formulas for clearing wax from external ear canal and consistently found Debrox to be amongst the best. Good value.
This product worked rapidly the first time I used it. I was able to remove the excess wax almost immediately. That was almost 2 weeks ago, and I'll probably use it again in a couple of days.
This was recommended after I went to Urgent Care since I had water in my left ear and I always get that when I take the Grandkids on the water slides. I should have worn earplugs since I know I will get the ear problem. The Debrox helped but I had to go back to Urgent Care to have my ear flushed again.
