My 92-year-old father was ill with pneumonia, and in the hospital. The only item he requested was Vicks. As soon as i delivered it to his room, he said he knew it would make him feel better!
i personally think its great. applied on my neck and top of the nose . its taking the effect slowly but works! (rlly recommend shopping at Walmart )
Bought this for my sister, who wasn't feeling good. She was able to breathe better once she used it.
This is a classic item we always have on hand, especially during winter months when flu and colds are prevalent. It helps clear nasal passage ways and sooth coughing when it's disturbing sleep. Being a stay at home mom with 3 kiddos, this is crucial. Highly recommend!
Vicks VapoRub has been around as long as I am old, even longer, and I've always used it to rub on my chest when I get a cold or bronchitis or used it in my room vaporizer. A couple of years ago I read where Vicks VapoRub can heal fungus on toenails. Because I am bothered with one toenail with fungus but because I take a wide array of prescription meds which aren't compatible with any kind of anti fungal medication, I began applying Vicks to that toenail daily. Slowly but surely it is healing! It is truly remarkable.
i get allergies in the spring, and the drainage cause chest congestion. i rub vicks on my chest and throat, and congestion gone old tools sometimes the best tools

Vapor Rub is great. Reason for low score, Ordered on line with other items. Box came with no packing, in a giant box. Dishwashing detergent spilled all over everything. Cookies were crushed. Vapor Rub all soaked in soap. Box destroyed, but product was salvaged. Had to pick up this mess, separate items, and return them to Walmart. Which was no problem except the drive which I was trying to avoid.
Vicks is not the same. The eucalyptus and menthol are not as strong thus rendering it less effective. The price went up but the effectiveness went down.
Box was open and looks like someone used it.
