Was aware of Benefiber and have used it prior to but the prebiotic supplement is awesome. I'm so glad they added this supplement. Makes my digestive tract run smoothly and feels great. I love adding this into my drinks. It dissolves quickly and never clumps. I can pour a generous amount into water, juice, etc and not worry about there being any powdery residue.
I had the opportunity to try this product via Viewpoints sampling. I had heard of Benefiber before, but never tried it as I was afraid of what it would taste like. I have never used any product like this before so unfortunately I cannot compare it. I put the recommended two teaspoons in my morning coffee and could not taste it at all which was a very positive thing for me. Ok. So everyone is different when it comes to how their gastro works, so this is just our experience. I wasn't convinced this would work or even work well, so figured we'd give it a whirl. Plus, when you need a fiber supplement you NEED it, so we had to find SOMETHING. We started with adding two generous teaspoons to the morning coffee cup. It mixed really well and didn't have any taste. Felt the need to visit the “train station” in a few hours, but no difference in how the poo train progressed. Flash forward to where we kept using it daily in the morning and we noticed a distinct difference! The poo train didn't have as much trouble progressing along the tracks…if you know what I mean. The train wasn't fast and it wasn't stopped or slow; it was just right! We noticed that if we skipped a day or two the poo train pulled into the station and didn't wanna go…so we kept using and it's been great! 😀

It did not dissolve very well in my water it stayed super clumpy and even though it says sugar free and free of any nasty taste it left a very bad after taste in my mouth. I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend this product
