Definitely effective. Smells so good, very clean scent. Packaging is nice and sleek. Texture is thick and creamy. Definitely cost friendly. I love this conditioner.
This conditioner did an unbelievable healing job to my damaged hair. I feel like I got new soft, fluffy hair with wonderful scent. I definitely believe the products worth every penny you invest into it and will do the job quick and effective great value A big plus is the shape of the narrow tall container, which make it easy to store and use highly recommended
This is a very creamy, moisturizing conditioner. It works really well for my super fine hair and doesn't weigh it down too much—my hair doesn't feel greasy super quickly after using it. This is really nice for the colder weather when I need a bit more extra moisture.
Excellent on your hair to smooth and repair feels silky
Love the light smell this has and great amount of product for your money! Definitely felt a difference in my hair after a couple of uses🤩. Love the variety of options this has as well🧖🏻♀️
I'm obsessed with the dove products you definitely get your money's worth. I still try to get it on sale. It smells so amazing I wish there was a perfume with the scent I would totally buy it. My hair is so soft when I use it. I'm definitely a fan it's my favorite conditioner and I recommend it to everyone.
I have medium thick hair, that tends to get rough and dry at times. This conditioner is doing the works for my hair! Its feeling smooth, silky, and has more volume to it. Its definitely living up to the nourishing repair.

This conditioner compliments the Intensive Repair Shampoo. When used together, they help repair split ends and fly-away, disorderly hair. It is a great way to control damaged or colored hair especially when the weather or indoor heating dries and damages your hair. I would recommend this for anyone who needs help with managing the damage harsh winters can cause to sensitive or colored hair.
What happened?! Why do companies have to change the formula when they're clearly getting great responses/reviews from everyone? I honestly don't understand what the thought process is besides cutting out/replacing ingredients to save money while still charging the same amount. Even then, you're going to lose customers in the process so why try to fix something that ain't broken? I'm honestly pretty upset about this formula change because I've been on the search for a shampoo and conditioner for a long time to work for my low-porosity, wavy 2A-2C hair that HATES protein and coconut oil. What does this new formula have? COCONUT OIL. Ugh. This was one the one line that was meant for moisture/hydration that Dove has that didn't have coconut oil in it which is why I became a loyal user. This was my go-to every wash product that I knew I could rely on for manageable, soft and healthy hair that I could air dry and go. I was so stoked to have finally found the shampoo + conditioner that worked after being on a long search of curly girl method products failing and all “high end” salon brands failing. I bought a new big bottle and as soon as I started working it through my hair I noticed the smell was different and had a thinner consistency. It didn't provide as much slip or felt as moisturizing as the previous formula. I see a lot of other reviews of people hating the smell, and honestly, the smell isn't that bad and I'm not offended by it at all. IT'S THE COCONUT OIL. I wasn't sure why the two times I've used this my ends were looking and feeling dry and crispy. My hair has not been drying the same and my waves are pulled out and stringy. The frizz is a lot worse and my hair just overall looks and feels terrible. I will for sure have severe protein overload if I keep using this conditioner, so of course, I have to find something else now. The quest continues again for shampoo + conditioner that works well for my hair. I really hope Dove will actually read and listen to their customers who are clearly upset about this sudden formula change. If you look at any reviews about this conditioner and sort it by recent, it's all one stars. Super disappointed.
