I absolutely love the new Bed Buddies! It's just an updated version of the old ones I've used for years. They've added a sewn-in seam down the middle, to keep the material inside from sliding to one end when you use it. Now, it stays a neat, uniform shape at all times. It wasn't a big deal before - but the difference is great. PLUS - they're now scented with different herbal essences, for either calming, invigorating, or soothing effects. I bought both the Pink (Bliss) and the Orange (Balance) and they both smell wonderful! I'd recommend this product to anyone who needs fast, reliable, SAFE moist heat (or cold!) to apply to a painful spot... or just for cozy warmth anytime!

The Bed Buddy is great to use when it's cold outside and you just want to feel warm inside. It also is great for aches and pains and conforms to different areas of the body. It can be used hot or cold. Just makes you feel better!

I bought mine over 2 years ago and it still works great. It's fantastic for home, work, and for those who are on the go as well! I use it on a daily basis due to my fibromyalgia and working a manual labor job. Highly recommend to all!
I bought a bed buddy many years ago and have been using it any time my neck was feeling sore. I googled bed buddy and realized they were still making them so I bought a new one. It's great, you warm it up in the microwave and place it on your neck or whatever muscle is sore and the moist heat does the job. And the price is great too!
New bed buddy has terrible smell. Been using these for years and they never smelled like this. Tried this one scented orange with hopes of better smell, only to be disappointed again. Does not smell anything like orange. Would not recommend
I finally thought I found the perfect all in one product for my husband who suffers from sore shoulder and lower back muscle discomfort. The Bed Buddy Aromatherapy Hot & Cold Balance seemed to be the thing to cover it. Unfortunately as soon as he opened the box and smelled the contents he nor I thought it smelled too good. It only got worse from there. We heated it up according to the directions. Well we ended up having to heat it up 2x's as long and our Microwave is a 1,000 Watt which is average. Upon opening the door the aroma while not overwhelming was certainly not any better and actually a bit worse then when we first took it out of the box. I don't personally see how that would have any aromatic value. While he does claim the heat felt nice on his shoulder while laying in bed he found it to be more cumbersome then anything. We then let it cool down and put it in the freezer over night. (all the while I keep thinking about "getting the smell out") and he tried it cool across the lower portion of his back while watching T.V. That he said was much better because it was between him and the pillow and didn't interfere with anything. He did get some relief from the cool so that is why the Fair AND no lingering odor in the Microwave or Freezer as I originally feared. I really don't think I would recommend this for anyone needing hot, especially someone tiny like myself, I was weighed down by it when I tried and it really didn't do much. If your looking for the cold then Yes I would recommend but again depending where your using it. My husband is 6'1" and 200 lbs and said he felt it would be too cumbersome for someone of smaller frame and weight.
I finally decided to buy a replacement bed buddy. I have terrible arthritis and the moist heat does help. I use it daily. I saw the orange one and read the scent was vanilla, coconut, and nut meg. It sounded great so thought I'd try it. Well....I dont smell any vanilla or coconut! Whatever I do smell is horrid. It turns my stomach every time I heat it up. I have already ordered another plain white one like before. Not recommended just for the scent. The function is great !
