This is a great product to help flush your system. I found this was perfect before my ankle surgery. I had to make sure my system was clean prior to arriving because of the negative reactions I have to anesthesia. This product worked like a charm. I have severe constipation and I can't physically use the restroom until I'm almost in pain. Every time I pass stool it hurts so much and I put so much strain on myself so I decided to give this a try and omg… I kid you not, 5 seconds after I squeezed only about half of the bottle in, I had to already go!! Well I haven't used the fleet saline enema in years. But just recently, I was given pain meds, that seemed to bound me up good. I tried a regular med to help me with the constipation, and that just didn't work. So, I had gotten the fleet saline enema. I used it, and boy did it work! Fleet enemas are a necessity in my life now since, I broke C-1 in a vehicle accident 8 years ago. I'm on a bevy of pharmaceutical laxatives but none of them work as well as a Fleet Enema! I have definitely noticed a HUGE difference in off brand vs Fleet! Relief=super quickly
