product was just what I needed
Bottom line: This product is absolutely worth the extra money vs a regular ice pack. It stays cold for a very long time. Eliminates the hassle of changing out ice packs frequently whether you are using it for yourself or for taking care of others. PERFECT for after wisdom teeth removal. It has a nice velcro strap that wraps around the head to secure the pack so you don't have to hold it.
It stays cold for such a long time. I use 1 with my back brace at home and when I go out like doctor appointments. I have so many other ice packs which only last the usual 20 minutes approx. I also use the pouch with velcro strap on other areas. One for example my upper thigh. I have so many problems forever. I am so glad I found 1 last year and loved it. I just received an order for 3 more and now again I just ordered 2 more. I use them around the clock. Love this! Best ever!

nursing an achilles injury and have to ice daily. pack straps on nicely and contours to area. not messy. stays cold for a good while. Dr's office charge 3-times as much for less quality pack.
The cold therapy lasts a long time and is easy to use. The extra large strap makes it so easy to secure even with mobility issues. The best cold pack!
I bought two of these gel packs prior to my foot surgery two days ago. And I am VERY glad I did! These are great! Takes less than 20 minutes to freeze them and they hold their freeze for hours. It can be molded to fit the contour of the body pain you're addressing, and they don't get hard like regular, traditional ice packs. Can be easily held in place with the velcro straps that hug the sleeve to your body. I hemmed and hawed a bit while placing my order, thinking >$10 was too much to pay for one, but I can't praise these little gems enough! They're worth their weight in gold when it comes to pain management and decreasing swelling.
Two nice things: 1. Nice and large, and after having been in the freezer section, it will conform easily to the part the pack is applied. 2. It stays cold for up to an hour where I live, but I suppose in climates hotter and muggier than Colorado, it may be less, but 15 minutes to 30 minutes is sufficient for each application as those are generally the recommended times. I don't like: 1. The pouch that comes with it is smaller than the pack, and for people who have no or partial use of one of their hands and arm, the attachment strap is nearly impossible to use. I use: I use an old t-shirt to hold the pack to me body. It works well. Nothing fancy but a good improvisation. Rating: I don't give excellent
I purchased this item November 2020 and I used they (2) twice a week on my knees. I used them yesterday and this is I found them leaking from the corners.As a senior citizen I followed all instructions for using them still I have has item of low quality.
it came with an old used sleeve labeled Rite Aid that does not fit the gel pack. used merchandise in an unsealed box. does not begin to compare to my Equate reusable compress which i couldn't locate on the Walmart site to buy.
