I heard about these pills through a friend of mine that had lost 30 lbs in 2 months. I was curious and tried them out, I must say these pills are awesome. These pills gave me so much energy and in 1 week I was down 6 lbs. Maybe a little to much (TMI) but it will make your belly hurt and fart a lot lol but man does it clean you out.. Women know we suffer from bloating, with all the bathroom trips with these pills your belly will look slim. I say this is more like a colon cleanser and fat burner but does not give you diarrhea. Good luck I'm starting mine back up again, also drink a lot of water just like a cup of caffeine you will get shaky if you don't have enough water intake if you do you will be just fine.
