Firstly I would like to say miracles do not come in pill form, the miracle comes from within ones self! If you are not committed to doing what needs to be done 100%, nothing will work. Since Feb 2011 I have taken control of my life. I started using this product in Feb, and it gave me energy! I am an avid coffee drinker and the caffeine from the coffee didn't energize me at all, Hydroxycut DID. I have gone weeks without taking them, and my weight loss had slowed down during those weeks. As soon as I start back up, I once again started to lose more quickly. My journey still will continue for another 60 lbs... and I will continue using this product till I reach my goal.

I used to play video games day in, day out, never went out. I weighed myself and saw that I was 5 pounds under 300. I saw it as an opportunity to try and better myself. I purchased Hydroxycut, and followed the directions. Drank nothing but water, a lot of water. Ate a lot of raw salmon, and ate salads, never drank anything with sugar, and when I cooked, no oils. Just pure healthy food. Also, I started walking 2-3 miles a day, then jogging. In 2 weeks, I had lost 35 pounds. In a month another 15 pounds. I'm 6'4, weighing at 240-245, and have kept the weight for a few months now. I'm going to get back on it, and hopefully get down to 220. I recommend this product, only if you're committed to loosing the excess weight, if you're just hoping for miracles, get some lipo.

This is the first time trying a weight loss supplement in general and with the affordability this is a great place to start. This let's you get used to a routine before going deeper and get a taste of the power of this product. This product has helped me stay leaner than I would have expected with now more striations on my shoulders which are exciting.
I was shocked at how effective this product is and also that there are no side affects--mentally or physically, i.e., no sleepless nights, no jitters, no nothing, except appetite control and much more focus. At last!!!!!!
It's a B vitamin based supplement, so I expected it to taste like something died and rotted on my tongue, but to my shock and delight, there was no bad after taste. A huge plus. Secondly, as is ever the question when dieting, is it the pill or am I just eating better? That I can't tell you exactly but I -can- tell you pounds seem to fall off and I am lighter than I remember ever being since I cared about weight. Lighter than high school for sure, no trace of left over baby weight.. I have two and the youngest is now seven.. I am forty. So, yes, you can get in shape after forty and yes you absolutely -can- lose those stubborn pounds. I have tried other products with less than stellar success, but I'm thinking this is a permanent change. Of course everyone has to find what works for them, but this works for me.
i bougth this product on monday been using it for 4 days and i already have lost 5 pounds, i was 155 pounds now 150 no exercise at all no special foods, drinking water but not a lot.. being mother of 3 girls 24/7 make it hard to exercise ill start walking tought.. ill write another post if i countinue to lose more, my goal is 125 wish me luck!!
I have had a lot of energy and this works great to fight cravings. Ive noticed though I am getting pounding head aches even when I eat or drink a ton of water. I have lost 3 lbs so far and I am on day 4.
