Exactly as ordered. Delivered when expected.
The design is very functional and keys very soft. If you like the quiet and no clicks when you type this keyboard is for you. The mouse is about the right size for normal adult hands. Very useful functions on the mouse itself to select and toggle through other screens.
I love the ease of use with this product and the fact that it keeps my desk neat. I quickly connected the mouse and keyboard to 2 laptops and an ipad and can toggle among them by selecting 1, 2, or 3, on the mouse and keyboard. No more moving a keyboard out of the way to bring the second laptop or ipad closer to me. I set up my equipment in the morning and don't have to rearrange my desk at all to work on a different device. This is especially nice when I have video conferencing set up and don't want to alter my background by moving my computer. I didn't realize how much I was doing this throughout the day until I set up this Logitech device.

Keyboard is great quality and feels ergonomic
I already own one of these wireless keyboard am mouse combos. They work great. There are no annoying wires to deal with. The batteries last a long time.
I found a great keyboard for a great price, but the keyboard that I got was used. It was rewrapped and not very well. The keyboard it self looked used with scuff marks and some dirt on the bottom. The battery in the mouse were dead, and keyboard batteries were not new but it worked. I did not return the keyboard because it works after putting in new batteries and it was at a great price. I'm still testing the unit to see how it works and if I am going to have any problems. The bottom of keyboard and mouse looks very used please see pictures.
I ordered this for the multi-device connectivity option. Connection to the Surface Pro 3 Bluetooth wouldn't work. It only connected with the USB dongle. I needed the dongle connection for an older laptop that doesn't have Bluetooth. Online support didn't help. I was going to return the combo until I discovered how to make it work. First connect with the USB. Second get the PC in Bluetooth pairing mode. Third, while in pairing mode on the PC remove the USB dongle. It connected at that point with Bluetooth. USB connection on the older machine was easy. Both now work great. Happy with my purchase.
Opened the box to a used keyboard with dirt prints, food and markings. All evidence of a used keyboard.
had issues w/this brand in the past but decided to give them another try, what a big mistake, the keyboard looks/feels nice, but the bluetooth dropping intermittently was so bad i had to break out another keyboard i bought as a back up as i couldn't take it, couldn't reach support, just a horrific experience!!!!!
