I love the softgels and it seems to be the only thing that works for me. I like getting it at Sam's because I know I won't need to buy any for a while. Priced right as well!
It works! It's a small pill and easy to swallow. At first it seemed odd to take a pill because of the "healthy food" and then I thought isn't it strange to put inside - for various health reasons - all that food that is so hard for the body to digest (even if you turn it into puree first)?

I tried this using two a day for a few days and nothing, still gassy. Decided to go all out and do four gels a day and still nothing after five days, still gassy !! If I could I'd not give any stars ! This product doesn't work. I paid enough for this so I'm going to try to get my money back !!
