This leave in is super moisturizing to my 4a curls. I have used it when wearing my curly hair in it's natural state and it's a great base when using it with a curling mousse or gel for hold. Keeps curls defined without weighing my hair down. I have also used this when blowing my hair out to wear it straight, and again it adds moisture without weighing my hair down. I haven't used products from this line in forever but this will now be a staple.
I was so excited when I finally got this product. I've been using it on my daughters natural hair. It makes her hair more softer and manageable. When I used it, she didn't make a fuss at all. I would definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing soon.
I've been using African's best products for many years now so I was excited to try this new line. I must say as always they did not disappoint. I've been using these products for about two weeks now and I've already seen a difference in my hair. It feels a lot softer and shinier.
I am really enjoying this leave in conditioner. I actually go achieve my ideal wash and to style with JUST this product and nothing else. It defines my curls, and doesn't leave frizz. It has a pleasant, but not overbearing smell. And it works really well with other products.
The olive and shea leave in conditioner compares to others that I have used as it is in a bottle instead of a jar. The bottle makes it easy to squeeze into my hands and apply to my hair, instead of digging my fingers into a jar. I would buy this conditioner because it made my hair more manageable and has trusted and known ingredients olive oil and shea butter. This conditioner provide my hair with manageability, and my hair was very soft after I used it. It was very easy to detangle and work with before styling my hair. I would recommend this product to a friend or family member that wants their hair to be soft conditioned and more manageable.
I got to try Africa's Best OLIVE & SHEA LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER. I like that youbdont have to wash it out. It smells great. It's thick enough to give that moisturized effect but thin enough so that you don't have that thick white coating on your hair. I put it on and styled my hair with any flaking. I would buy this in any store
This conditioner keeps my hair moist and I can leave it in after washing.
I like the size of the conditioner that I bought. It is always in stock. I have hair that is hard to manage and since I have started using the conditioner it does a really good job on my hair.
The olive & Shea leave in conditioner I would give 4 stars. I liked the product but for different then what it's said to be used for. The leave in worked better as a detangler than to moisturize/condition my hair. I tried on myself and children with all different textures and curl patterns. Same results it detangles flawlessly.
This review is based on the use of both the deep conditioning masque, shampoo and leave in conditioner. I have 4c hair (and I mean 4c not soft gentle hair) my hair is coarse and I have a hard time getting my hair fully wet and retaining that moisture. With that said, this product did NOTHING for my hair. If anything, during and after the shampoo, my hair felt tougher and rougher so I thought the conditioner would help soften the hair, but it did not. My hair was still rougher compared to the other products I use. I then used a generous amount of leave in conditioner and that too did not help AT ALL. The products are very watery, the shampoo barely foamed when I put it in my hair and I used a lot of shampoo but it still barely foamed. I would not recommend any of these products at all.
