Had trouble hearing and knew there was a blockage. Found this product and was a bit skeptical but figured for the price I'd give it a shot. Wow! What a difference! I originally got it for the one ear that was blocked but after such great results I had to do the other. When I used the bulb syringe to flush out my ear I pulled my ear up and out to get in there better and yes the directions say "gently" flush but I think if you do it too gently there might not be enough pressure to flush anything out. This product is great and it worked for me. The only con is now I don't have an excuse for not hearing my wife!
I wear hearing aids, which tend to cause wax to build up and become impacted. The ERO system is very effective at removing the wax, but it takes time. I use the drops twice a day. I lie down, put 10 drops into the ear, and stay in that position for at least 10 minutes. I don't attempt to use the syringe until I've used the drops for at least 2 to 4 days. This gets the wax softened up and loosens it in the canal. Then I fill the syringe with lukewarm water, bring the tip to the opening of my ear, and shoot the water in. I do this over and over. Eventually, bits of wax will start to come out, followed by chunks of wax. When no more wax comes out, I give my ear time to dry out. Most of the time, the ear will seem completely clear, and my hearing is greatly improved. If my ear still seems like it is blocked, I'll use the drops again for a day, and then syringe again. That will clear out the rest of the wax. So, this works, but it does take time for the drops to soften the wax.

It was easy to use and was very effective. This morning I woke up with muffled hearing in my right ear. I followed the directions and left drops in for 5 minutes. After suctioning out my ear, my hearing was restored.
Over the years i had o make regular trips to the ear doctor to clean my ears. Especially my right ear. I used to have ear infection in that ear and the tube is not as smooth as it should be because of it and tends to have wax and other things build up there. The way i used this product is that i use the drops in the evening and let it stay till the next morning. Then i fill the bulb with Luke warm water and spray out the ear repeat this many times till the ear is clear. It is amazing how much wax and other things come out. My ears are clear now without having to go to the ear doctor. I'm a happy trooper...

Even as an adult, I'm just not very good at cleaning my ears properly! It's sad, but true. I had a clogged ear that affected my hearing. I purchased this because the ingredients & size of the 3 brands in the store are exactly the same, but this brand is cheapest. I used this as directed & my ears have never been cleaner!

I've used ERO for 15 years. It really cleans. It does not sting but is soothing. Don't mess with cotton swabs in your ear, especially after you use this. Then it will hurt. I learned the hard way. Have recommended ERO to friends, and they, too, think it's great. One friend bought something else, and it didn't work, so I asked, "Why didn't you get the ERO like I said?" She bought ERO and loves it.
The key to using this product is using it as instructed. I put about 6 drops in and waited 10 minutes and then let the liquid drain. I've been having issues with wax build up after I moved to Tampa and I made the mistake of using Q-tips to clean out my inner ear. I ended up impacting the ear wax. Thank God I found this product! After I let the liquid drain I got back most of my hearing, but I think it will take another application to completely clean all the wax out. From all of the bubbling and popping I heard I think this is just mostly H2O2, but hey, it came with the little ear bulb thing and ready to go so I think the value is worth the price. Just do as the directions say to do. I think I'll start to use this routinely to keep me ears clean. I will no longer trust a Q-tip. ~Cheers~
