During my cycle these are a life saver they work so well that I forget I have cramps. Warm shower, heating stones and pain free
omg i had no idea we can do a review and LOL i just emailed them thanking thermacare. First of all I was actually going to buy a heating pad. I get severe painful cramps. But then i googled something and therma care menstrual pain therapy popped up. I went to the aisle and omg their they were. I bought one box. I used it. I felt so relaxed. so warm. it just relaxed me and it worked. I used again the next day and next day. It is a miracle. I will continue to buy these. I love them so much. A lifesaver for sure.
I've been buying these for the last few years and don't know how I ever lived without them. For anyone with severe cramps, these are gold. The only problem I seem to have lately is finding them in stores and now they're getting harder to find online. I hope they're not being discontinued! I've tried other Thermacare patches when needed and they don't even come close to helping the pain like these ones do. These are my only saving grace to not being attached to a heating pad.
I am terribly upset that Canada has discontinued selling these , they were the best thing around with my heavy period and severe cramps , wish they would bring them back
Beyond Impressed with how great these work! I have awful pain when it comes to this time of the month, but the wraps have changed it all. I always have them on hand and are my go to fix for pain! Thank you for creating these!!
I have been using Thermacare Heatwraps Menstrual Pain Therapy for many years and I found them superior to any other pain relief options, including medication. I don't know why these are so hard to find in stores but I hope my local retailers will bring them back in stock.
Works faster than any oral medication and last longer than being in a hot bath to ease the pain. I love these pads so much! I cant stress enough how fast it calms the pain and how long it works for. Wonderful product. They are getting harder to find in stores tho. Wish they bring made them more accessible.
I have terrible menstrual cramps every month since my teens due to bad endometriosis. And after several surgeries, it's not much better. So to help, I've used ThermaCare menstrual heat wraps since they came out years ago and they are true pain reliever. They allow me to function during my worst days of my period, when in the past I never could. I always have them on hand, even for my mid-month cramps. I recommend them &/or give them to women if they tell me they're in pain. They can't believe how much they help. It's like walking around w/ a heating pad, but without an extension cord :) I honestly don't know what I would do I thought them!
Typically my period pain is so intense that I am unable to do basic life activities. My productivity at work and life suffers once a month due to my period. NSAIDs do not provide enough relief and the typical heating pad is not portable or discrete. I have been using these heating pads for a few years now and love them. They are warm enough to provide relief. They do not show through my clothes. I am able to be productive during my period including going to work, playing sports, camping or travelling. I recommend this product to anyone that has a period cramps. I wish this product was more widely available. They are hard to find and when I do find them I always buy in bulk. Other Thermacare products are not as warm or discrete for menstrual cramp applications.
Before these actually had a Velcro attachment much like the back ones, but ever since they added the adhesive, I believe it has taken away the warming power in the heat pad. I tried multiple heatwraps thinking maybe I had one that was defective but I'm sad to say I do not recommend these. If you need one that warm up and stay warm, I would suggest using the lower back headwrap. That one never fails me.
