I'm trying to lose weight and was told by my nutritionist to drink two protein shakes a day (one each for two meal replacements) and so far I've lost 10lbs in just two months.
this is a great whey protein powder, the taste is great, i bought vanilla becaue im a morning smoothie drinker and i make my own fresh homemade fruit smoothies at home and when i add a vanilla scoop of this protein it doesnt change the flavor of my shakes at all. i am very happy, i compared to other expesive protein powders and i notice the expensive ones have vitamin B in them and this one doesnt but good for me i already had a sublingual liquid B complex that i bought a while back at walmat for $4, you put drops under your tongue hold it for 30 second and then swallow, i choose this one cause it goes right to your blood stream, unlike a vitamin that you have to wait til it desolves. Great product!
Wanted a protein powder to add to my breakfast smoothies and this product actually worked really well. It tastes very creamy and there were no chunks left over. I've tried a lot of protein powders and this was just as good as the $60 cans I've bought. Good product, and I'll buy it again
Good tasting protein and it does'nt clump up. I've had vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and peanut butter and thought they all tasted good. One of the least expensive that I've found, I highly recommend it.
If you know whey then you know all supplement companies purchase from the same source to make their product. I am not finding any product offering 25 grams of protein per scoop as i find with Body Fortress, which is why i purchase it rather then a $60 tub somewhere else. I would like the vanilla flavor to be better, maybe ice cream flavored. In addition taking the sugar out would be a nice addition. Overall I like the product a lot, the price, and have been using it for a year, replacing my Dymatize. *I love free shipping to my door so i don't have to go into a walmart.
Nothing compares to the taste and value of this whey protein. The vanilla is great...and the chocolate is good too. If you are on a budget and don't won't to go broke getting a good quality protein...definitely try this one. This offers the most bang for the buck.
I'm a repeat buyer of the Body Fortress Whey Protein. Great value when you buy it one container at a time and even better in a 3 pack. From all the research I've done, our bodies can only absorb protein at specific rates. Essentially, our bodies do not store protein as it does carbs and fat. It uses as much as it needs and then processes the rest through our liver and then through our urine. Which brings me to my main point. There is no reason for me to spend 3x-4x the amount of $$ for protein powder if the ingredients are comparable. I've compared the contents to some of the more expensive powders and found very little to convince me to spend more money. Every serving of the Body Fortress has enough protein for me to absorb at that given time. I have one shake daily right after my workout. On the days I rest, I may or may not have one. Depends on my mood. Practicality: Mixes very well. Tastes good. It doesn't have that chalky texture or powdery taste. I mix everything with immersion blender in a 25 oz shaker. No lumps with the blender or the shaker by itself. I always mix in a banana or a few figs, even a peach. The Vanilla is about the right flavor and sweetness. Even with a banana and 16-20oz of water, I think it's plenty sweet. Your mileage may vary. Compare the ingredients yourself. For the price of 1 "Super duper brand" protein tub, you can get 3 of the Body Fortress.
I have been using Body Fortress whey protein for over a year now. I love the taste. I use vanilla because I can add frozen fruit to it and have countless flavors. This is better than a milkshake. I know that I am doing some good for myself and it is delicious too.
Body Fortess super advanced whey protein is one of the best deals ive yet to find...one serving of protein can cost anywhere from .65 to 1.50$. I have tried just about every protein powder thier is in the last 20 yrs and this is one of the best deals yet. the amount of protein although its not all "isolate" is still good. tastes great with some yogurt, milk, eggs and oatmeal and a bannana or pineapple put it all in the blender and its a good replacement meal or extra meal for adding or keeping muscle mass. Ive been using this brand now for a year and have added over 20 pounds to my frame..
Having purchased the expensive protein powder in GNC and Vitamin Shoppe,this is a great choice if you want to save money. It tastes good with water. If you drink it with milk, it;s like having a vanilla ice cream shake!! Will definitely order more.
