5'0" 119 pounds fits my petite 20 year old great
I got the largest size they had which was a large and it stated it fits sizes 12-14. I'm a 14 and I practically had to squeeze into it! Was more a size 10. The slit on the dress was too high up the leg and looked frayed. It would be a sexy costume for people of smaller sizes. Estimate two sizes smaller when buying. Otherwise the fabric was stretchy and the purple was glittery.
I think my title informs all of what happened. I received my Elegant Witch costume seemingly "new;" however, upon opening there was no hat in the package (and a hat states should be included). After trying the costume on, I felt duped even further at the sizing for this particular costume. I wear sizes that fall between the generic size description for this costume but when I put it on, the top of the leg slit came above my crotch. Not ok. The bodice is quite short so if you have a normal-sized torso, the dress will make you feel vertically squished. I am very discouraged as I purchased this to wear to an early Halloween party...to which I had to quickly change my plan. Had the hat been the only issue, I would have kept the costume and made do. But as I can't wear it without serious modifications...it must go back. I did give it two stars because it wasn't as cheaply made as I had assumed.
It does not tell you in the description that the slit goes all the way up. You can see the underwear. Its terrible.
