Good product at a good price...
This is really a great product , it works great on pet stains ,just spray on and the stain disappears , it is the best product I have found that really works as adveritized.
This product works great for removal of cat urine on carpet, upholstrey, and anything else. I have six cats and once in a while they decide to "miss" the litter box. I cannot express what a great product this is. Try it you won't try any thing else!!!
Came today and it was still mostly filled, but something had happened through delivery and being packaged poorly that it did have a small leak. Still enough in there to make the deal worth it, but better shipping practices are needed.
The product is great but arrive in a box that was soaked with the product and delivered from USPS in a huge plastic bag that was also soaked with product! How do I get a refund??
It came broken
Package never arrived. The USPS tracking number provided for the order was not associated with my address (I use USPS's Informed Delivery feature to see upcoming packages to my address, and this package did not appear there). I spent 25 minutes on the phone with Walmart customer support, who kept repeating the same thing "have you checked the mailbox?" Ah, gee, I hadn't thought to check the mailbox! After Walmart told me to wait a few more days for the package to arrive, I decided to just file a chargeback with my credit card company. Next time, I'll skip the half hour phone call and just do that from the start.
