Took a chance and bought this conditioner, in an effort to find a nice inexpensive; moisturizing conditioner because my hair is extremely dry (and color treated). My hair is long, but has some breakage. For one thing (which is important), it really smells great and for the most important thing, it really, really works great. I've also purchased the Suave Humectant Shampoo and this too smells wonderful and lathers up so rich and creamy and makes my hair feel so good. One little secret...I also (after shampooing and conditioning) squirt out conditioner the size of a dime and work it all through my hair as a leave-in conditioner (yes, my hair is that dry), and then blow dry my hair. My hair comes out so silky, shiny, and beautiful, and not greasy or weighed down. I just love how it looks and feels. Plus it tames the frizz when its humid out, and smooths the breakage and mildly frizzy ends right down. The price per 14.5 fl oz bottle is under $2. How cool is that? And obviously this is not for everyone. But the only way you'll know is if you give it a try! I highly recommend this conditioner, and will definitely keep buying this product because it delivers!
Been buying the expensive conditioners, to no avail, my hair was freezy, split, dry. Now it's fuller, softer and shinnier
This is the main conditioner I will buy. It's great for long hair, and softens the hair better than most of the lesser priced brands. I highly recommend it.
I was purchasing a soy based shampoo and conditioner from my hair salon for years now... I have been laid off for over 2 years and was looking to find something inexpensive that would work just as good. I love this and remember using it a few years back and was surprised to see that it was still on the market... I am grateful that there is an inexpensive product that works as good as the salon products. I hate to not buy from hairdresser but at the time i am pinching all the pennies I can... What a great idea to put a small size in your hands and run through your hair. I will have to try that tomorrow. Again, I couldn't ask for a better product for the money being spent on it.

I have been a loyal Humectant version user for over 5 years. I recently shopped online for it, can't find in stores now, I purchased what was pictured as Suave Humectant but was sent the deep moisture. Contacted the seller and seller responded it was the same just a new packaging. No, not!!. If you read the labels one is compared to Nexus and one is compared to Paul Mitchell. I used it any way just to see how it did and it didn't work the same. My hair hates me with a vengance now because it misses its fave. Every time you come out with a new line it takes sales away from the original lines and then walla they get disco'd. I work in retail I hear it all the time and feel it myself. Please bring it back!!!
Why on earth did you change the formula? It was a wonderful, light coconut fragrance and now it is a very heavy and headache inducing perfume fragrance which takes days to wash out. So very disappointed, PLEASE bring back the original formula!
I have used this product for years, bought a new bottle and all of a sudden my bathroom filled up with perfume and my hair felt different. I use this because I have allergies to scented products and now after two showers I still smell highly fragrant in my hair and have a migraine. Suave what did you do?? How can you make something perfumery and not have it on the bottle that you changed the formula?
I have used this conditioner for years! It used to make my hair shiny and had a light coconut scent to it and did not weigh my hair down. It was formulated after Nexxus. Recently I purchased again, and they changed the smell and formula. It was heavy, made my hair feel dirty all day and my hair would not hold a curl from my iron very long. The shine was gone, and it looked like I used dry shampoo on my hair. If you smell the conditioner, it smells nothing like the shampoo now. I have since tried their cheaper coconut conditioner, however, it is not the same. I am so sad, now I have to start trying to find another light conditioner that actually works. Fingers crossed that they change it back.
