These are good banana clips. I've shopped around for a while at different retailers and found these to be the best out there currently. They are strong and hold a lot of thick curly hair. After a while of using them they do start slipping down the longer you're wearing them. It hasn't been that big of a deal for me though. Wearing a ponytail is harder because my hair is on the heavier side. These are great way to get your hair out of your face fast. It's nice having your hair back when driving and not having the ponytail bumping against the headrest too. They do curve nicely to your head and lay flat to wear a hat over also. I've had a mine for a while and they haven't broken. I'm pretty rough with them too. Definitely glad I bought these and wouldn't be able to live without them.
