I had an old old bottle of nutra nails and had been looking for more of it in the stores. I couldn't find it so I went to Walmart.com and they had the same brand but not exactly the same name. There were many to choose from but I picked the Nutra nail Flex-shield nail hardner. I have had trouble with my nails splitting all the way back and other nail polishes didn't seem to do the job. As soon as I got this I tried it and canned 28 quarts of beans one day and 21 the next and one nail didn't split or break. i am sold on it, my daughter told me the other day my nails look so much healthier. So i am giving this 5 stars.
Works good on soft nails
Flex shield is the best protection product IV found, super strong and lasting, my nail tech wants to know what I use, it's not available in stores anymore.
I've used a variety of Nutra Nail products for many years because they work and, more importantly, their products are cruelty free.
Regardless of what the instructions say, do not use this as a top coat over colored nail polish. It will completely dissolve the color while you are brushing it on. I have not used as a base coat, but I can't imagine you would fare much better.
