Love my products but I seen the delivery lady throw the box over our fence. No one has ever done that. Everyone puts it on our porch. She could of even opened the gate and placed it if she was that lazy.
Loved this large container from the get go! No lifting, and conveniently sits on top of our front loader washing machine out of the way and all you have to do is squeeze and dispense ….right into the tray! Don't have to take it out and put away in the cabinet every time!!! And…. love that it lasts a long time!!

After all these years it's still the same quality product I switched trying different dryer sheets but hurried and went back nothing like it
The Downy 190 loads lasted after my clothes been washed and put in drawers for a couple weeks now steel had the same smells in it. This big bottle save me money and time when I need do my laundry.
Smell is good, But the Blue liquid softner is so thick it doesn't dissolve well at all. I have big blue blotches on items in washer. So obviously I have to wash again %26 sometimes rinse in sink before Re washing. So even though I like the smell I want buy again.picture below is two differnt spots on my dog pink blanket. I have the other items in washer already.
One horiffic experience to say the least. The product arrived damaged with product wrapped in a plastic bag with half of contents in the plastic bag leaking away. Then I was told I had to bring the same damaged package to the nearest Federal Express location. Now it's 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my replacement package. Walmart's business and customer service is horrible.
The liquid fabric softener I ordered was broken open and the liquid spilled everywhere. It was even a size smaller from what I had ordered as well. Horrible. Couldn't use it money wasted.
