I like this brand because it says it can be used on baby products. I was struggling to find product that was good for my baby since i heard a lot of baby soaps are actually toxic but this one claims to be okay for whole family so i like that i dont have to buy two different soaps for myself and my child. i haven't personally done research to confirm if ingredients are really nontoxic though. So far so good with my family.
Seventh Generation was the first natural, non-toxic cleaning brand that I tried at least 10 years ago! I look for products that do not have added dyes, and this dish soap is a great example of that. Cleans great, and I don't worry that I'm washing my dishes with something that is hatmful to me or the enviroment 😊
7th Generation is the only dish soap we use. It is great at cleaning little messes as well as for baked on stains. The Clementine and Lemongrass is one of my favorite scents. I like the ethos of the brand and the importance the line places on environmental impact.
The Seventh Generation Dish Liquid is high quality and easy to use! It's great for scrubbing daily dishes in addition to tough food residue. The scent is pleasant and gentle, and the bottle is a great deal. The packaging is easy too. The environmental impact is reduced as well, as it has natural ingredients.
I love this soap! A little goes a very long way! Fresh scent and it works very well! My dishes always squeak clean!
I remember when seventh generation products were first available. At that time I felt they were expensive but I like the concept. Finally, they are now affordable and they work well! I am impressed with whatever happens that they can clean so well in the search last so long that I can feel confident that I'm not endangering our environment and then I'm doing a good deed for our beautiful earth and mother nature. They also have a wonderful sent the products and there's always this cozy feeling when we know we're buying something that is making our world a better place. I have ventured with other products since my seventh generation adventure however hands-down they are the best. The seventh generation products will tend to be out of stock more than I like ; hence my venturing into other brands .a lot a lot so at times I have to try other brands
I have been using Seventh Generation dish soap (plus a lot of their other cleaning products) for years now. I only use products that are safe for the environment and are plant based and have tried many others but Seventh Generation is by far the best!. And the best thing? It works! My only complaint is that the packaging was recently changed to a smaller size but the price remains the same. I hate it when companies do this.. it is gouging. However, I will continue to use Seventh Generation but will only shop the sales.
I have been using Seventh Generation Dishwashing Liquid Soap for many years and been very satisfied with the quality. However, the last couple of bottles are more watery/liquid-y; the product is thinner. The bottles do not last. I have recently gone through a bottle of dishwashing liquid in a couple of weeks when it used to take me a couple of months. This will have me looking at other cruelty-free brands.
My wife and I have been using this product for 3 weeks to clean baby bottles and nursing supplies. I have had a very dramatic sensitivity to fragrances as propylene glycol in the past, so this seemed like a good product to try. However, after using this product for 3 weeks, my hands began to erupt with blisters and this can only be attributed to this product, as no other products in our home have changed. We use non fragrance laundry detergent, non fragrance soap and shampoo, and I use no other cleaning products without glove on my hands. The synthetic preservatives are most likely to blame, but I am performing a path test to determine this for sure. I assume that this product would be fine for most people out there - but if you have a high sensitivity to propylene glycol, I'd would stay far away from this product. Very disappointing. We will stay on the lookout for something that is truly allergy-free. In the meantime, I have to now manage this breakout to keep it in check - which could take weeks or months.
They used to sell the 50 oz. The 50 oz contains less plastic than 2 small bottles, it would require less resources for production, and its a cheaper price for consumers, especially in this era of corporate fakeflation. So if you purport to be earth friendly, then be it. Don't think we don't notice when you're not.
