I purchased this so I would have a place to store towels in a small guest bathroom that is going to be used by my new roommate. Shipping was fast and set up was very quick. The only problem I have is that I have an elongated bowl / lid and the seat does not quite clear the bottom shelf. I am going to try the felt pads on the bottom that the other poster mentioned. Other than that, it looks great and is a lot more functional than other pieces I've seen. I like that the shelves are a little bit deeper so you can actually put towels on it.
This is the best bathroom caddy I have ever seen or purchased. I bought it for our smaller bathroom, and it perfectly filled the room. It's not too overpowering or bulky. Setup was as simple as cutting the box open.! It comes completely assembled. Just stand up and lower the shevles into place. My husband told me to order another for our larger bathroom, because he absolutly loved it! Walmart is currently not carrying it in stock! I will continue to look for it! Sturdy & Stable
The spacesaver came quickly but it took me a while open the box. It was all and more than I expected. The wrought iron is a oiled bronze kind of finish and the wicker is medium in color.....It went with everything that I had already bought for my new place and I think this is well worth the money. I bought it on sale so I paid less than shown but it is still worth it. I am very happy. It is sturdy but will be difficult to mount to the wall because of the baseboard....you can use a small chain to secure it. I have done that before....anyway it is nicer than any spacesaver that have bought over the years for more money. I love it!!
Came almost totally assembled, had it in place within minutes, secured and filled within 15 minutes. Lower shelf sticks out past front of toilet lid a little more than I would have liked but serves its purpose well. Don't forget to attached bottom brace (which lays in box separately) before attaching to wall.
This is a great shelf! It looks great and a surprise to me when we opened the box is it does not have to be assembled! I looked quite a while to find a product with SOLID shelves. I would definitely buy this again.
Very nice for the price. I shopped ALL over the internet for a rattan and iron space saver. This one is definitely the BEST for the price. No tools are required to put it together. It is pretty heavy, so if you are a smaller woman you might have some trouble getting it into place. It is also beautiful, wide and sturdy.
I live in a super small apartment and need lots of extra storage. This product is great. I actually use it against a wall in the bathroom with a wicker basket filled with towels in the space below as it is a HUGE piece of furniture and dwarfed the space above my toilet. Shelves are wide and roomy. Those who complain that this spacesaver is wobbly forgot to install the back bar that goe at the rear bottom of the shelf system for support. It is extremely sturdy and holds lots of weight. Also it's really attractive for the price. Love this product!
I am very happy with this bathroom storage shelf. The framework is made of a nice heavy gauge metal, the shelves are sturdy. The only thing I had not thought about is how it would work with an elongated bowl/seat. I did have to put felt pads under the legs so that the bottom shelf was high enough for the seat to clear. Great product - I'm very pleased.
This is about "Neu Home Rattan and Bamboo Spacesaver" It's pretty good but should warn you that on most walls you can not used the "secure to wall" hardware that comes with the rack. The reason is that most walls have a piece of molding along the floor, around the room, about 1/2 inch thick. The feet of the rack go against the molding, but the rack has hardware to secure the upper portion to a wall (reqiured, else the rack is not stable). You need longer screws and a spacer approx. 1/2 inch thick to properly secure the rack, otherwise the front feet are lifted off the floor, and the rack is once again not stable. Other than that, I like it. It looks good, and offers reasonable space.
It does not work well if you have baseboard molding. You cannot secure it to the wall without making drastic alterations to the product. It is not steady enough to stand on its own unless you will not use it for anything other than the lightest toilet stuff. On the good side, it is extremely easy to put together for anyone and a good price for what you get.
